i was dreading getting a new boiler installed, always sounds like such a faff, but scottish power made it super easy! i got a quote for their Boiler Installation service and the discount for being an existing customer was applied right there, saved me a good chunk of change. it's brilliant, my house is so much warmer now and i'm hoping my commercial gas bills will be a lot lower too. the only tiny thing was waiting a few days for the initial survey, but once that was done, everything else was speedy. definitely recommending them to my friends!

Otherwise, pretty satisfied with the cover and the prompt repair.
